Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges

Due to the bespoke nature of our garments, all sales are final. However, we stand behind our craftsmanship and offer the following adjustments:

• 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your order, we offer a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. To cancel your order, you must send a cancellation request via email to info@adamrosscustom.com within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not possible because production has already begun (fabric ordered, tailoring started).
• No Exchanges for Style Changes: Since each suit is custom-made to your specifications (fabric, style, fit), we do not accept exchanges for style or fabric changes after 24 hours of purchase. However, if the fabric is on backorder or unavailable, the clothier will contact you to discuss options. You may choose a replacement fabric or receive a full refund.
• No Refunds for Fit Issues: Due to the personalized nature of custom suits, we do not offer refunds for issues related to fit or changes in style preferences once the order is placed. Please ensure that all fabric selections and design choices are accurate before confirming your order.

Abandoned Merchandise Policy

We strive to provide a seamless experience, including timely fittings and pickups. Please note:

• 30-Day Limit: Unclaimed garments will be considered abandoned after 30 days of final fitting or notification of completion.
• Repurposing: Unclaimed suits may be donated or repurposed.
• Avoid Issues: To avoid abandonment, please schedule fittings and pickups promptly.

Alterations & Fit Guarantee

Ensuring the fit is our priority. Our expert tailors will work with you to refine the fit of your custom garment. At Adam Ross Custom, understand that the first fitting will not always be a perfect fit. Custom suits are a process, and it’s normal for minor adjustments to be needed after the initial fitting. Our expert tailors are dedicated to ensuring that the final fit feels and looks great.

• First Fitting Required: We require all customers, including first-time customers, to schedule a fitting within 30 days of receiving their suit. This fitting allows us to assess any necessary adjustments and refine the fit as needed.
• Weight Fluctuations: We ask that you sign off on your body measurements and weight at the time of purchase and at your fitting appointment to ensure that the measurements reflect your body at that moment. If there are significant changes in your body (e.g., weight fluctuations) after the suit is made, additional alterations may be necessary, and these will be subject to a standard tailoring fee.

Suit Care Guide

Proper care extends the life of your custom suit:

• Dry Clean Sparingly: Only when necessary; frequent cleaning can degrade fabrics.
• Avoid Over-Cleaning: Only clean your suit when necessary. Frequent cleaning can wear down the fabric and reduce the longevity of your suit.
• Spot Clean Small Stains: Use a gentle fabric cleaner or fabric-safe stain remover and blot (don’t rub).
• Steam, Don’t Iron: A steamer preserves the fabric and prevents heat damage. Ironing can damage delicate fabrics and distort the suit’s shape.
• Store Properly: Use a breathable garment bag and a wooden hanger. Ensure the suit is fully dry before storing to avoid mildew growth.
• Maintain Your Fit: If your suit starts to lose its fit due to frequent cleaning, consider having it tailored back into shape by a professional.

Order & Production Timeline

All garments are made to order. Please consider the following:

• Production Time: Standard production takes 6-8 weeks from the date of final measurements.
• Rush Orders: Available upon request and may incur additional fees.
• Fittings & Adjustments: Schedule an appointment within 30 days for any necessary tailoring.

Shipping & Pickup

We offer shipping and in-store pickup options.

• In-store Pickup: Available at our Houston showroom.
• Clothier Drop-Off: If needed, we can arrange for your custom clothier to personally drop off your garments for added convenience.
• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. Please use a tracked and insured shipping method when returning the suit. We are not responsible for return shipping issues if the courier fails to deliver the package. Any delivery disputes must be resolved directly with the shipping company.
